User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Raidcore Services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Services or any resulting damages. You acknowledge that features and functionality may change at any time.

2. Privacy Policy

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

Raidcore provides software and services intended to enhance the Guild Wars 2 experience while respecting the game’s Terms of Service.

We strive to comply with ArenaNet’s Third Party Program Policy, User Agreement, and Code of Conduct. By using the Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services or any third-party modules to facilitate cheating, botting, or automation of gameplay
  • Use the Services to gain an unfair advantage over other players

4. Third-Party Modules (Addons)

The Services may include systems that allow functionality to be extended through third-party software modules (“Addons”).

  • These Addons may be developed by third parties and not by Raidcore
  • They are reviewed by us for basic security and compliance with the game’s Terms of Service before being listed

However, Raidcore does not guarantee the stability, safety, or functionality of any Addon and is not responsible for the content, behavior, or data practices of third-party modules. Raidcore assumes no liability for issues arising from the use of Addons.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 General Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raidcore shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use or inability to use the Services, any errors or interruptions, or any third-party modules or content.

5.3 Game Account Safety

While we aim to comply with the Guild Wars 2 Terms of Service, you use the Services at your own risk. Raidcore is not responsible for any actions taken against your game account, including warnings, suspensions, or bans.

5.4 Technical Issues

We accept no liability for performance issues, crashes, instability, or data loss or corruption.

6. Liability for Content

Raidcore reviews Addons for technical security and compliance with applicable game policies. However, we do not review or assume responsibility for intellectual property rights, artistic content, or subjective appropriateness.

7. Third-Party Content and External Links

The Services may include links to external websites or third-party content. Raidcore does not control or endorse such content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of external sites. We are not liable for any third-party privacy practices or materials.

All content, assets, designs, and data within third-party modules remain the responsibility of their respective creators.

8. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under this Agreement informally for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.

To begin the process, you must provide your name, contact information, a description of the dispute, and at least one reason supporting your position.

If the dispute is not resolved, you agree to continue informal resolution efforts for an additional 30 days by contacting us with “Attn: Legal Department.” We may extend the informal resolution period in increments of 30 days, up to a maximum of 90 days, by notifying you.

We may take any action based on the information provided and are not obligated to explain our decisions.

9. Validity and Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
