User Agreement

Raidcore is an online platform providing informational services and software for online video games to assist players to improve their gaming performance.

This User Agreement governs your Use of our Services. Each time you Use the Services or otherwise indicate your consent, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement.


Definitions of specific terms can be found at the end of this User Agreement.

1. Amendments to User Agreement

We may modify this User Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion. Depending on what kind of changes we make, it may be appropriate for us to provide you with notice of them (e.g., via a banner on the website, an email notification, etc.). It is your responsibility to check this User Agreement periodically for changes, and your continued Use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept any changes. Any changes to this User Agreement will apply immediately upon posting.

2. System Access

We do not guarantee you will be able to Use the Services whenever you wish to do so. We may interrupt the Services on a regular basis for maintenance or updates and may do so without providing notice before such interruption.

3. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found here. By using the System, you consent to the processing described the privacy policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

4. Commitments and Prohibitions

You must not misuse the System. You agree to:

  1. comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes;
  2. comply with any reasonable directions issued by us from time to time;
  3. ensure that only you access and use the System using your username and/or password and ensure that username or password is not shared with any other party;
  4. keep your computer systems, network and internet connectivity secure in accordance with good computer security practices; and
  5. if you become aware that account details or passwords have been compromised, without delay, notify us, change passwords and take any other security action we direct.

And you agree not to:

  1. Make any untrue statements or misrepresentations in connection with your use of the System;
  2. commit or encourage a criminal offense;
  3. transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene;
  4. hack into any aspect of the Service;
  5. corrupt data;
  6. cause annoyance to other users;
  7. infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights;
  8. send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or
  9. attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this System.

Breaching this provision may constitute a criminal offense and Raidcore will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the System or to your downloading of any material posted on it.

5. Intellectual property, software and consent

The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through the System remain the property of Raidcore or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Raidcore and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on the System nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise outside of the System.

User data is the individual records provided by an individual User, any personal information and any data within the definition of “Personal Data” according to the Privacy Laws. For the avoidance of doubt, such User data will remain the property of that User and any information entered into Raidcore’s System by Raidcore and its licensors about the above-mentioned User will remain the property of Raidcore and its licensors.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Raidcore and Raidcore related parties with respect to all losses or expenses that arise from the following:

  1. Your failure to comply with any provision of this User Agreement;
  2. Your use of or distribution of Third-Party Software;
  3. User Content or Feedback; or
  4. Your Use of the Services.

Raidcore and Raidcore Related Parties have no obligation to indemnify you in relation to this User Agreement or the Services.

Furthermore, you agree that in certain cases, you may be required to compensate us for costs associated with third-party claims.

E.g, if we are sued on the basis of your submissions to the Services or your breach of the User Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

You will try to informally resolve any dispute that arises under this User Agreement and/or the Services for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding. To begin the informal resolution process, you must notify us that you wish to resolve a dispute, and include your name, contact information, an explanation of your side of a dispute, and at least one reason why we should resolve the dispute in your favour. Based on the information provided in that notice, we may take any action and have no obligation to explain any decision. If you are not satisfied with our initial decision, you will continue to try to resolve that dispute informally for at least another 30 days by sending an email to the contact information provided in Section 8 this User Agreement, including “Attn: Legal Department” as well as the information required in the initial notice. We may extend the time to resolve a dispute informally for successive 30-day periods, not to exceed a total of 90 days, by notifying you using the contact information provided in your notice.

9. Definitions

"Account" means a set of credentials to use the Services.

"Customer Support" means our customer service, which may be reached at or via our Discord server.

"Discord" or "Discord server" refers to the communication service under which we publicly operate and communicate.

"Raidcore" referred to as "we", "us", and "our" in this User Agreement.

"Raidcore Related Parties" means any third parties under this agreement, any parent, subsidiary, affiliate and any employee, agent supplier, licensor, licensee, customer, distributor, director, editor or officer.

"System" or "Services" means the services and software we provide.
