User Agreement
1. System Access
This User Agreement governs your Use of our Services.
Each time you Use the Services or otherwise indicate your consent, you agree to the
terms of this User Agreement.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
We reserve the right to restrict access to parts or the entirety of the Services at our
sole discretion without notice.
We are not liable for any damages stemming from the Services being unavailable.
Furthermore you acknowledge that the Services are subject to change without notice.
2. Privacy Policy
By using the Services you agree to the processing and usage of data as laid out in the
Privacy Policy you can find here.
3. Code of Conduct
By using the Services you agree not to misuse the Service, or spread misinformation
about Raidcore.
Furthermore you agree to the terms laid out in the Code of Conduct you can find here.
4. Liability
You are using the services at your own risk, they are provided as is without any
warranties.
Any damages or consequences stemming from your Use of the Services are at your own sole
responsibility.
5. Validity
All terms set out in the User Agreement are individually valid, regardless of
enforcability of individual clauses.
6. Dispute Resolution
You will try to informally resolve any dispute that arises under this User Agreement
and/or the Services for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceeding.
To begin this informal resolution process, you must notify us that you wish to resolve a
dispute, and include your name, contact information, an explanation of your side of a
dispute and at least one reason why we should resolve the dispute in your favour.
Based on the information provided in that notice, we may take any action and have no
obligation to explain any decision.
If you are not satisfied with our initial decision, you will continue to try to resolve
that dispute informally for at least another 30 days by sending an email to the contact
information provided at the top of this Documentation, including “Attn: Legal
Department” as well as the information required in the initial notice.
We may extend the time to resolve a dispute informally for successive 30-day periods,
not to exceed a total of 90 days, by notifying you using the contact information
provided in your notice.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Raidcore collects, uses, maintains and
discloses information collected from users of the Services.
Summary
- We use Google Analytics with enabled anonymisation to track with features are most used so that we can plan our updates better.
- We use Cookies to keep you logged into your account.
- Your email never gets published and is only used for password resets, supporter rewards and updates to this legal documentation.
- Your Guild Wars 2 API Keys are used to generate anonymous statistics.
- Your Guild Wars 2 API Keys are never shared publicly, with the exception of disclosing them privately to ArenaNet developers for debugging purposes.
What Data do we collect
- Information about your use of this website (Browser Statistics, IP Addresses)
- Information that you provide for the purpose of registering on the website
- Information that you provide for the purpose of partaking in surveys

Code of Conduct
We strive to create a safe, fun and engaging environment for all the users of our
Services.
This Code of Conduct is designed to help achive that goal and applies to all users of
Raidcore Services.
The User Agreement defines additional terms and requirements, which governs your use of
our Services.
If we determine in our discretion that you failed to comply with our User Agreement or
the Code of Conduct or other Community Standards, we may limit, suspend or terminate
your access to the Services and/or take other actions that we deem appropriate.

You must respect the rights of others and their rights to use and enjoy the
Services.

You may not defraud, harass, threaten, intimidate, or cause distress and/or unwanted
attention to other users of the Services.

You may not use communications facilities made available as part of the Services to
“troll” other users or Raidcore personnel, intentionally cause unrest among users of

You may not post or communicate any player’s real-world information (name, address,
account name, etc.) through our Services.

You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations

Services (e.g., on chat channels, forums, etc.).

You may not upload or transmit any copyrighted or trademarked content that you do
not own all rights to without the express written permission of the author or
copyright or trademark holder.

You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to
or from the servers or other facilities running the Services.

You will not make any untrue statements, misrepresentations or spread misinformation
in connection with your use of the Services.

Conduct.
Breaching this provision may constitute a criminal offense and Raidcore will report any
such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to
them.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service
attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer
equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the
Services or to your downloading of any material posted on it.

What is this policy for?
This addon policy is here to govern which addons are listed within Nexus' official Addon Library, it also exists to inform users of the nature of the software they are installing, to make an informed decision.
Be aware, this policy is in addition to any directives from ArenaNet officials, the Terms of Service, Code of Conduct & User Agreement or Third Party Program Policy.
Any official communication, takes precedence over the guidelines presented here.
If an addon makes changes, which would change the categorisation without prompting user consent beforehand, the addon will be removed from the Addon Library and blocked from being loaded until the matter is resolved or in extreme cases banned from the Raidcore platform.
Categorisation
The addons are categorised as follows:
Tier 0
No warning displayed in the addon library.
The addon only uses official APIs and should be totally okay.
Tier 1
Yellow warning displayed in the addon library.
A Tier 1 addon may
-
access game memory. But may only,
- provide already visible information in a different format. Including, but not limited to existing interactions (e.g. clicking) of said elements.
- make changes that have no impact on other players, or immediate gameplay. Including, but not limited to Quality of Life changes.

make use of macros, but
- stays within the Macro Policy.
- if it provides user-recorded macros, informs the user to adhere to the official Macro Policy.
Example: Weak Auras, Dodgejump Binds, Autoclickers
Tier 2
Orange/Red warning displayed in the addon library.
A Tier 2 addon may
-
access game memory, in order to add new information, not normally visible to users, but
- the new information has no impact on other players.
- the new information has no impact on immediate gameplay.
Example: DPS Meters
Tier 3
Information marker displayed in the addon library.
A Tier 3 addon may do more than previous tiers, but has exclusive written permission from ArenaNet. :ArenaNet:

Definitions
"Account" means a set of credentials to use the Services.
"Addon", "Plugin", "Extension" or "Mod" refers to pieces of software
distributed, but not necessarily created by Raidcore.
"Cookies" are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device
by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
"Customer Support" means our customer service, which may be reached at contact@raidcore.gg or via our Discord server.
"Discord" or "Discord server" refers to the communication service discord.gg under which we publicly operate and communicate.
"Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
"Raidcore" referred to as "we", "us", and "our".
"Raidcore Related Parties" means any third parties under this agreement, any parent,
subsidiary, affiliate and any employee, agent supplier, licensor, licensee, customer, distributor,
director, editor or officer.
"System" or "Services" means the services and software we provide.
"Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the
Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
"Website" refers to Raidcore, accessible from raidcore.gg
"You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal
entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
